Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Nicotine pouches are classified as hygiene products, and for safety and health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped or opened. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@nordicfullfillment.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective items. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong item.

 

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Situations where you change your mind after receiving your order.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at contact@nordicfullfillment.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be for the purchase price of the item(s) only.
